Victor is a Talent Evangelist with Whatfix. In his 12+ years of experience, he has donned numerous hats in the HR space. He has a passion for building stellar teams and strives to identify, recruit and nurture talent consistently for the company. Prior to Whatfix, he was the Director of Talent at Pipemonk, where he drove their recruitment and retention strategy. Before that, he founded Hire-Analytics, a recruitment solutions company that helped clients with talent acquisition across verticals with core focus in Analytics and Consulting. Earlier, Victor performed various leadership roles in the HR space with renowned brands such as Mu Sigma, Lance Soft and WNS Global Services. Victor holds a bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, India.
