Trish O'Brien is vice president, human resources at Caliper, a talent management company that, for more than a half-century, has helped businesses with talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational change. Trish has been working at Caliper since 2006. She leads the HR charge and is focused on Caliper's HR Strategy. She enjoys the challenge of forming HR strategy in an HR environment.
Prior to joining Caliper, Trish worked as a Senior HR Leader in a variety of apparel and retail organizations. Trish has a B.S. in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego, is a member of SHRM, is certified by both HRCI (SPHR) and SHRM (SCP).
