Stewart Kidd leads talent and training development for Kershaw County Government, where he focuses on leading transformational change and designing, developing, and implementing talent management initiatives across a wide variety of roles. He is responsible for succession planning, professional development, and high-potential leadership programs.
Prior to his role at Kershaw County, Stewart served as the director of learning and development at the Computer Sciences Corporation, where he directed corporate learning for upwards of 79,000 employees in 70 countries.
