Shelby is the Vice President of People Operations at InVision, which powers the digital product design process at more than 60,000 organizations. Shelby has the unique challenge of overseeing the People Operations function for a fully distributed workforce of 800+ employees across 30 countries. Shelby is also a proud member of the Board at Worldwide ERC®, the premier trade association for talent management and global mobility knowledge, where she brings people strategy expertise and best practices to influence the future of work. In her spare time, she advises leading edge people technology founders through her work at PeopleTech Partners. Throughout her career, Shelby has helped build and scale the people function at growing companies while creating world-class company cultures.
