Renita Sandosham is the director of employee experience at Everlaw, a legal tech startup in Oakland, Calif. She leads a team focused on employee onboarding, development, and retention through the lens of inclusion and belonging. She previously worked at LexisNexis, building and developing remote teams in Asia. She is passionate about fostering team camaraderie and using employee lifecycle feedback to drive engagement across learning and development, community volunteering, and social events.
