Naveen is the EVP, Chief People Officer at Medidata leading all aspects of human resources including recruiting, workplace solutions, and diversity and inclusion teams globally. Naveen’s career spans nearly 25 years at companies including GE, Experian, Amazon & Juniper Networks. He serves on various non-profit boards as well as a senior advisor to Josh Bersin Academy.
