Martin Fiore is Americas Tax Talent Leader for EY. His role is to oversee attracting and retaining EY's tax professionals, helping them grow and develop, and supporting them through rich and holistic compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellbeing programs.
He is also leader of EY Tax University, and a member of the Americas Tax Leadership team, the Tax Operating Committee and the Americas Inclusiveness Advisory Council.
