Kirstin Schulz is head of assessment counseling for Alexander Mann Solutions. She is responsible for the design and delivery of a range of assessment solutions across all industries and levels of seniority, along with her team of experienced business psychologists.
Kirstin holds a Master in Psychology from the University of Münster, Germany (including one year at the University of Pretoria, South Africa), and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of London (Birkbeck College). She joined Alexander Mann Solutions in March 2005.
Prior to leading the Assessment Consulting practice, she held a number of operational recruitment roles in Alexander Mann Solutions, including the management of large global graduate campaigns.
