Katherine Perry is the Head of Talent at co:collective.
Katherine has 5 years of experience recruiting and growing teams within the creative, innovation, and advertising space. In her role she is responsible for talent management and experience, freelance and full-time recruiting, and employee education and processes. Prior to co:, Katherine worked in the staffing space, both with a focus on both freelance full-time placements within innovative global companies.
Katherine got a degree in business, organizations, and societies from Franklin and Marshall college. While there she also co-led the Women's D1 Squash team.
