As the former global head of diversity for Dropbox and diversity programs manager at Google, Judith is dedicated to structure, measurement and strategic initiatives to improve diversity initiatives and disrupt biases at every level in the enterprise. She brings a unique analytical view to the process of removing unconscious bias from the workplace and advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Before joining SAP, Judith founded an organization that consults with startups, venture capitalists and accelerators on embedding diversity and inclusion into the foundations of their organizational cultures.
