Joseph W. Koletar

Joseph W. Koletar served as Executive Director, Principal, and Director in the Fraud and Investigations practices of Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche. Prior to that, he had a long career with the FBI, including serving as Section Chief in the Criminal Investigation Division.
