John D. McLachlan

John McLachlan is a partner in the San Francisco office of the law firm Fisher & Phillips. Prior to starting his law practice, John spent 10 years as a HR practitioner with Kaiser Aluminum and Aerojet Liquid Rocket companies. This experience made him intensely aware of the needs of HR and managers for accurate, practical and understandable answers to their legal problems. John has represented clients in both state and federal courts and successfully tried discrimination claims and contractual disputes.
