Jennifer Oertli has held professional roles in sales, account management, human resources, and consulting in marketing and technology industries for nearly 20 years.
Before joining Bonfyre, she co-founded Radiant CX, an employee engagement and corporate culture consultancy, helping companies increase performance across all levels in the organization. She now oversees Bonfyre's Client Success Team, leading strategy and team development to ensure clients and users receive ongoing value from the interactions with the platform and company.
