Jeff Needham is Director, Information Systems & Software Development at Genesis HR Solutions. He joined the company in 2002.
Jeff is responsible for the company’s IT and the development of numerous applications that streamline and enhance the services Genesis provides.
He is the principal architect of the MyGenesisHR secure portal that provides Genesis clients and employees with a comprehensive set of easy-to-use tools. The portal has been hailed by both management and employees as a superb resource and productivity tool.
Jeff has been an integral part of the Genesis team for more than ten years and is firmly focused on the continuing adaptation of our technology to customer needs. Jeff graduated from Hamilton College with a degree in Computer Science.
