Jack Altman

Jack Altman is the co-founder and CEO at Lattice. He is the author of the Wall Street Journal bestseller People Strategy, a contributing writer for Forbes Tech Council as well as multiple HR publications, and a frequent HR industry event speaker.

Prior to launching Lattice, Jack was the VP of business and corporate development at Teespring, an e-commerce platform, and was also an early-stage venture capital investor. Jack earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Princeton.
