Isabelle Lavigne is responsible for leading Engage2Excel Group’s global human resources team. She has more than 26 years of experience managing a variety of HR needs and is a Certified Industrial Relations Counselor (CIRC). Isabelle previously held the role of CHRO at Engage2Excel Group brand Rideau where she was the privacy officer, company security officer, and chaired the H&S, recognition, and fundraising committees. Prior to Rideau, Isabelle was human resources manager and later HR director at Fritz Companies and district HR manager at UPS Supply Chain Solutions.
