Giovanni is a global expert on organizational strategy, people analytics and HR.
A Harvard Business School alum, he serves as senior advisor for HR & organizational development at Boston Global – a Harvard affiliated consultancy. He is also senior advisor for Qlearsite – a people analytics company and sits on the advisory board of PeopleCart, a social rewards & recognition company.
Before venturing out into the gig economy Giovanni served as chief people officer for Tanfeeth, the Gulf Cooperation Council’s first shared services & advisory organization in Dubai. There, he helped found the company, growing it to 3,000 FTEs, and in the process, built a unique, award winning business model and culture that was documented in a Harvard Business School case study (Tanfeeth: Bringing Service Excellence to the GCC – 2015).
Giovanni is a passionate writer and speaker on the future of work and people analytics. He is featured in the people analytics practitioner’s textbook The Power of People. In his spare time he and serves as creative director for a contemporary fashion label and recently produced an award winning documentary called SHE, on Women Empowerment in the Middle East
