For 45 years, Dr. David B. Zenoff has consulted senior managements and boards of directors of major companies on organization development and strategy. In the past two decades, his assignments have encompassed: strengthening organization culture, leadership practices and effectiveness, top team alignment, organization productivity, and board functioning; and, building effective marketplace strategies. In many instances, clients require his assistance when they are challenged by important changes and transitions. Dr. Zenoff has also created and conducted customized educational programs and deliberative workshops for senior-level managers and specialists in a large number of client organizations.
Among his 90 mostly large, world-class clients have been: Roche, Citibank, Merrill Lynch, Glaxo, Sun Microsystems, GE, Champion Sparkplug, Holcim, San Francisco International Airport, Singapore Economic Development Board, Royal Bank of Canada, University of Notre Dame, Westinghouse Electric, Singer, Barclays Global Investors, Serono, Deutsche Bank, ICI, UBS, Bank of America, GTE, Navigant Consulting, and Banco Santander.
Dr. Zenoff has served on three public company boards of directors, chaired two not-for-profit boards, and has consulted gratis for several not-for-profit organizations. For several years he taught part-time at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and full-time at the Columbia Graduate School of Business and at IMEDE, in Switzerland. He has authored nine books on management, the most recent being The Soul of the Organization. His second book (co-author) won a national book award.
Dr. Zenoff graduated from Stanford with a BA degree, and from Harvard with MBA and DBA degrees.
