Dr. Ajit is an author, motivator, speaker & trainer by profession. He is an MBA-HR, PTHE and CTE & has more than a decade of experience in industry and academics i.e. in HRD, Training & Consultancy. He is currently associated with IMFA Ltd.- Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd. and heading the L&D Department as Senior Manager & In-Charge (L&D) (www.imfa.in).
He is also the Co- Founder of CHRD (Consortium for Human Resource Development, www.chrd.webs.com), a Not for Profit organisation of professionals, academicians and students those who are interested in or involved in Human Resource Management and development of people.
He is honoured with Honorary Ph.D (Doctorem Honoris Causa) from FTU, California, completed NLP Foundation Diploma course under NLPh, USA and is also Certified NLP Practitioner from ANLP- India. He also has attended DISC profiling session organized by The MindMasters & completed courses on HRM & Effective conversation from “Fair & Lovely Learning Foundation”. He is a certified Life Purpose Life Coach (Accredited) from Transformation Academy, USA & has Accredited Mindfulness Certification from High Impact Consulting, USA and completed course on Design Thinking from International Business Management Institute, Germany. Dr. Ajit also completed Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt E-Training from “Go Lean Six Sigma”
He has been a guide to students of IIM-Kashipur, IIM-Shilong, KSOM-KIIT University, GITAM University, SOA University, XIMB and XISS for academic activities & projects. He has been conducting career counselling programmes for Focus TV, Pratinidhi, Prameya (Odia Daily) etc. He is awarded with NAA Foundation Excellence Award-2016 for outstanding contribution in the field of L&D and received “Out Standing Trainer Award” from JCI in 2014. He has been nominated as honorary Vice President (Executive Training) for JCI. He is an Advisor to Masterpeace- India, Breathe Odisha –NGO, WOMS - India, Board Member - Canadian Centre of Science & Education, Canada, Editorial Board Member, JBR, Sciedu Press, Toronto, etc.

His recent article on “Role of HR in Analytics” is published in Business Manager – HR Magazine which is one of the top five periodicals published in India.
Recently his name has been selected to the Jury Board of Brandon Hall Awards-2019 which is one of the most credible & highly ranked international HR & Training Awards.
