Aashish Kumar Mishra holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI – Jamshedpur and also holds Master degrees in Business Management – HR & Social Work from University of Nagpur. He is a Certified OD Practitioner from Institute of Organizational Development, USA and also a Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner from ANLP & EC-NLP .
He is Vice President & Head – Human Resources at M/s. Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd. and is a part of the strategic leadership team that drives business & people agenda at IMFA . In the current role, he believes that his major focus area is to understand the futuristic organisational needs and work towards preparing the organisation to take up the challenges head-on .
Switching industries across Cement , Wind Power , Alumina, Textile etc. and now in Metals & Mining Industry ,Aashish gained rich exposure in managing complexities in an organisation, strategic hiring, building organisational structure, supporting people aspirations and deriving business results with a P&L perspective.In the long professional journey of over two decades, he worked with leading corporates like Aditya Birla Group’s Hindalco Industries Ltd, Suzlon Energy Ltd , SRF Ltd , ACC Ltd etc.
He has significant experience in Leadership Development, OD & Change Management, Learning & Development, PMS, Compensation & Benefit, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, CSR & Sustainability in the complex, multi-cultural, multi- locational environment. His core competence lies in blending the various aspects of Human resources management.
Aashish is armed with most prestigious award “100 Most Influential Global HR Professional” by CHRO Asia in 2016 and has also figured in listing of “ India’s Best HR Heads” by The Human Factor Magazine in 2016. He has also been conferred with “Most Influential HR Leaders in India” by World HRD Congress & CHRO Asia in 2017.
