Debora Roland is the VP of people operations at CareerArc, a social recruiting platform purpose-built for talent acquisition. She has been an HR management professional for over 25 years. Debora built her career in dynamic early-stage growth companies in television broadcast and production (E! Entertainment Television and GRB Entertainment), ecommerce (Tickets.com), and medical device development and manufacturing (Given Imaging and GenMark Dx). Debora also had the pleasure of supporting the IPO of two of these companies and has successfully managed several post-acquisition integrations.
