Dania Shaheen

As Vice President of People & Strategy at Kazoo, Dania is a key member of the senior leadership team where she leads human resources, talent development, value creation, and M&A strategy and execution. She is passionate about driving change, enabling creative thought amongst teams, and developing actionable solutions. Dania has a competitive spirit and a global mindset; she is known as someone who can understand the big picture, but is not afraid to dig into the details. She earned her undergraduate degree in Economics and a minor in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She speaks both Arabic and French and is in the process of learning Spanish.
