Cindy Lau-Evans is the district director, District 9, of the HR Florida State Council. She is also a past diversity director of the Council as well as a past diversity and inclusion and past president of the Greater Miami Society for Human Resource Management.
Lau-Evans is an HR practitioner with over 20 years in HR management, and has worked in the financial industry, physical security services and higher education. Her areas of specialty include talent development, employee relations, equal opportunity compliance, inclusion, cross-cultural relations and change management.
