As a Senior HR Consultant at Berkshire Associates, with over 27 years of experience in the industry, Cindy Karrow, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is recognized as a leading affirmative action compliance expert. She specializes in developing affirmative action programs, educating company executives, acting as company liaison with the OFCCP, and delivering customized training.
A seasoned trainer, Cindy is able to adjust her communication style to meet the needs of her audience—allowing her to effectively train HR professionals and management employees on compliance issues. She also works with others to provide webinars, videos, and online training for Berkshire. Cindy regularly speaks at industry events and local Industry Liaison Group (ILG) meetings. She is also a regular contributor to Berkshire’s BALANCEview HR News and AAP Blog, as well as publications including The OFCCP Digest.
Prior to joining Berkshire, Cindy was the EEO/AA manager for Sprint Corporation. Cindy obtained her Bachelors of Science from Kansas State University.
