Catherine Aldrich joined HireRight in November 2009 as vice president of operations. Catherine is responsible for leading HireRight’s background screening service delivery functions, as well as overseeing HireRight’s consumer compliance departments. With a focus on continuous process improvement, Catherine also steers HireRight’s operational excellence teams.
Catherine came to HireRight from Accurate Background, where she was Executive Vice President as well as Corporate Compliance Officer relating to all federal and state/local credit reporting laws. Prior to joining Accurate Background, she held the position of Vice President of Product Management at ChoicePoint from 1996–2000.
Catherine has served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) and has been a member of several professional organizations including the NAPBS Background Screening Credentialing Council (BSCC) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
