Who is going to be your next great employee?
You can start by asking yourself these three questions before you start looking:
- Describe how he or she “looks” in terms of mental and physical capacities, skills, attitudes, and personality traits, and, more importantly, his or her dreams and desires.
- What kind of background does she/he have and what has she/he accomplished? What obstacles have they overcome?
- What are you going to do to help make him or her better, and, help them to accomplish their dreams?
