Ingredients:
- Put a “Now Hiring” sign out front and conduct gut-instinct interviews with everyone who walks in.
- Don’t test for the required mental and physical capacities, attitudes, personality traits, or required skills.
- Interview from the person’s completed employment application or resume.
- Hire the person you like best (instead of the person who is best for the job).
- Don’t check references.
Directions:
Whisk all these ingredients together, pour into a cracked pot, bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Carve into bite-sized pieces. Guaranteed to leave a bad taste in your mouth.
