Effective recruiting begins with the following questions:
- Who do you want to recruit? (In other words, which specific mental and physical capacities, attitudes, personality traits, and skills are the best fit for the job?)
- When do you need them?
- Where are they now working?
- What will attract them?
- Why should they work for your company?
- What will you do to help them be successful on the job?
