For those who just can’t get enough TLNT, we have an answer for you.

Starting June 28, we will be doing a live, weekly call-in show and podcast series to supplement the in-depth coverage you get daily on TLNT. It will be called  — drum roll, please — TLNT Radio. We will be hosting experts and thought leaders in HR and workforce management and cover the latest news, insights, and topical information impacting talent management in real time.

We will be drawing on TLNT’s stable of writers and contributors as well as special guests to highlight interesting and important work in the field — and to serve as a forum for candid discussion and debate.

The first show – live from SHRM Las Vegas

Our inaugural show will be brought to you live from the SHRM Annual Conference and Exposition in Las Vegas and features Wharton Prof. Peter Cappelli (we featured several pieces from Cappelli on TLNT), regular TLNT contributor and benefits communication consultant Jennifer Benz, and former SHRM CEO Sue Meisinger.

We’re also happy to be able to bring on Steve Boese as the host for TLNT Radio. Those who know of Boese and his acclaimed HR Happy Hour show need no introduction, but for those unfamiliar with him, he has been a pioneer in the industry with the use of shows like TLNT Radio and HR Happy Hour to bring new and interesting content to a broader audience. He’s taken the HR Happy Hour live concept to industry events (including ERE Expo this past spring). He’s also an HR technology veteran, instructor, and widely-recognized blogger.

Taking the hosting reins with Boese will be either TLNT VP of Editorial John Hollon or myself, depending on the week.

How to listen to TLNT Radio

You can tune in every Tuesday at 2 pm Eastern/11 am Pacific to listen to the live call-in show by pointing your web browser to www.blogtalkradio.com/tlnt or calling in at (818) 572-8036. If you tweet, you can also participate and follow the conversation using the hashtag #TLNTradio.

For those who can’t make it to the live show, a recording will be put up on TLNT shortly after the conclusion of the show that you can listen to at your convenience. You will also be able to subscribe to the podcast as well.

Interested in being on the show?

If you want to be considered for the show, contact either Steve Boese by email (steveboese@gmail.com) or myself if you have a great idea or want to be a featured guest. We are looking at slots in July, August and beyond.
